Payment Information

We require payment at the time of enrollment. All major credit cards are accepted. A confirmation of enrollment and payment will be provided to the email address listed at time of enrollment.

Should you need to cancel your enrollment, please notify us no later than one week prior to the start of the course, and we will refund your fee. Because each course has limited enrollment, cancellations received after this date and no-shows are subject to the full course fee. You may enroll a substitute at any time before the course starts. Please contact elaine.andrysick@ecstechtraining.com to cancel your enrollment or enroll a substitute.

We reserve the right to cancel a course due to insufficient enrollment or unexpected events. If we must cancel a course, enrollees will be notified via email no later than two weeks prior to the start of the course and provided a full refund.

Please provide email notice of your request for a refund and/or a cancellation of enrollment no later than one week prior to the start of the course. Refunds will be provided to the original method of payment.
