The efficient operation of industrial evaporators requires a working knowledge of the basics of evaporation, heat transfer, and moisture removal.  This course covers the essentials needed to maintain and troubleshoot your existing evaporators and systems and examines how the design of your process impacts the performance and operation of your system.  Also, you’ll explore methods to achieve energy savings and improve your product.



During this course, you will:   

  • Gain a solid understanding of the practical and theoretical fundamentals of industrial evaporators
  • Examine methods to evaluate the different types of industrial evaporators
  • Explore process design alternatives based on desired product properties
  • Investigate methods to improve evaporator performance and reduce operating and energy costs
